3. Permitted Use & Rules of Conduct

When using this service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack the server infrastructure or APIs.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to manipulate game scores, leaderboard rankings, or daily puzzle statistics.
• Harassing other players or abusing the multiplayer room codes and guest naming systems.
• Bypassing or manipulating security controls, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms.

4. User Accounts & Security

You may play as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in malicious activity.

5. Intellectual Property

The custom software code, game mechanics, algorithms, visual design, and branding of Itemguessr are the intellectual property of the operator, unless otherwise specified.

Minecraft game content, textures, and names are used under fair use and community fan guidelines established by Mojang Studios.
